Rebel Moon is (also known as Rebel Moon – Part One: A Child of Fire) a big space movie made in America. Zack Snyder is the boss, and he wrote the story with his friends Kurt Johnstad and Shay Hatten. The movie has many famous actors like Sofia Boutella, Charlie Hunnam, and Anthony Hopkins.
It will first show in some theaters on December 15, 2023, in the United States. After that, you can watch it on Netflix starting December 21, 2023. There’s also a second part called Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver, which will come out on April 19, 2024.
Plot
In a big space world, a mean government called Motherworld is in charge. They’re causing trouble for the moon of Veldt. The bad guys, called the Imperium, led by Regent Balisarius, are a part of Motherworld’s army. Kora used to work for the Imperium, but now she wants to make up for her mistakes. She decides to find fighters from all over the galaxy to stop Motherworld’s army from coming back to the planet.

Rebel Moon will be shown in some movie theaters in the United States on December 15, 2023. After that, you can watch it on Netflix starting December 21, 2023. There are two versions of the movie – one is suitable for people over 13, and the other one has more mature content, rated R.
Rebel Moon Cast And Characters
Sofia Boutella plays Kora, a person who used to be part of the Imperium but now gathers fighters from all over space to fight against Motherworld. Djimon Hounsou is Titus, a former general of the Imperium who joins the fight against Motherworld.
Charlie Hunnam is Kai, a pilot hired by Kora. Michiel Huisman is Gunnar, a farmer and Kora’s friend, who helps her in the mission against Motherworld. Staz Nair is Tarak, a nobleman-turned-blacksmith with a special connection to animals, recruited by Kora. Doona Bae is Nemesis, a cyborg swordmaster also recruited by Kora.
Ray Fisher is Darrian Bloodaxe, a warrior who, along with his sister Devra (played by Cleopatra Coleman), leads a group fighting against the Imperium. E. Duffy is Millius, a refugee warrior, and Dustin Ceithamer is Jimmy, the last member of a group of mechanical knights.
Anthony Hopkins provides the voice for Jimmy. Jena Malone plays Harmada, a deadly spider warrior. Ed Skrein is Atticus Noble, right-hand man to Balisarius, a high-ranking leader of Motherworld and the Imperium. Fra Fee is Regent Balisarius, a powerful ruler of the Imperium. Ingvar Sigurdsson is Hagen, a friend of Kora. Charlotte Maggi is Sam, a friendly farm girl.
There are also other actors like Stuart Martin, Corey Stoll, Cary Elwes, Alfonso Herrera, Rhian Rees, and Ray Porter, but their roles are a surprise.
